HCC's BLET Academy graduates 47th class
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) cadets graduated in a ceremony on campus, May 27, 2015. This marked HCC's 47th BLET Academy graduation. Northampton County Sheriff's Office provided the Honor Guard. Wes Tripp, Halifax County Sheriff, was the guest speaker.

Graduates included:

  • Stephen Farmer
  • Quinton Godley
  • William Killian
  • Stacy Kronbauer
  • Adrianna Perrone
  • Lashawn Speller
  • Steven Stansberry
  • Hunter Wheller

Awards and recognition were also presented. Stansberry earned the Academic Excellence award. Top Gun honors went to Godley. Wheeler garnered the Physical Fitness award. The Top Driver award went to Killans. Godley was recognized as class president.
