HCC recognizes Detention Officers
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) recognized seven Detention Officer graduates. The graduates attended 175 hours of class from August 28th ending September 19th. This class is for people who want to work inside a jail setting. They provide care for inmates in local facilities. HCC boast a 100% passing rate for the class. The areas covered were Dare County, Halifax County and Northampton County.
