WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College’s (HCC) Student Support Services (SSS) held a scholarship letter writing workshop on Feb. 12. Students were able to get a general idea of what HCC’s scholarship program is, what they do and the criteria for successfully obtaining a scholarship. SSS is a program at HCC designed to assist students in being successful through tutoring, workshops, advising, personal counseling and much more.

"The Foundation at Halifax Community College has tremendous resources for scholarships, and Student Support Services wants to show students how to meet the criteria," said Student Development Adviser Terry Jones.
