Overview of Program

Business Administration Program offers our graduates the knowledge to be strategic and analytical thinkers in the business field. Our curriculum equips students in coursework such as economics, business law, accounting, finance, management, marketing and leadership and more.

Halifax Community College offers an Associate in Business Administration with concentration in the following areas:

  • Business Administration – General Tracks
  • Business Administration – Accounting Tracks

Upon Completion of the first 2 semesters entry, certificates and demonstrate an understanding of business concepts. Upon the completion of 3 semesters students would complete requirements for diplomas.

Course Requirements

Students in the program will have the following in order to be effective:

  • Required text-books
  • Recommended calculators
  • Desktop computers and/or
  • Laptop computers

Program Admission Requirements

  • Apply for admissions-online or in the admissions office
  • Students may be required to take placements in English and /or Mathematics
