Microsoft Office

Current HCC students are eligible to download a copy of Office 365 for academic use. If you are not currently enrolled for the semester, a license will not be assigned to you.

To install Office on your personal device, please visit login.microsoftonline.com and login with your HCC Gmail credentials. If you get stuck, please watch this video.

If you are currently enrolled, and cannot login using your Gmail credentials, you may not have a license assigned to you yet. Please email [email protected] and reference that you cannot login to Microsoft Office online. From there we will check that you are a current student and assign a license.
