HCC Moves to New Online Job Application Technology
WELDON, N.C. – Beginning Dec. 1, Halifax Community College (HCC) will launch a new talent management solution to improve the hiring process for job seekers and HCC’s human resources representatives.

HCC will join more than 1,500 organizations nationally who have moved to cutting edge, cloud-based technology for talent management by partnering with NEOGOV, the nation’s largest provider of cloud based talent management software for the public sector. The launch of the solution, called Insight, will help HCC reduce maintenance costs and administrative work.

"This is an exciting time for Halifax Community College as the human resources department moves to provide job applicants with an application model that is seamless, user-friendly, and creates greater efficiencies across our college,” said Mr. David Forester, Vice President of Administrative Services.

NEOGOV's software will streamline the job search and application process for interested job seekers. Candidates will be able to create a user profile to submit applications electronically, instead of manually applying for multiple job openings.

Additionally, HCC’s website will allow applicants to apply for current vacancies or sign up for new openings. Using this technology, human resources can access online records to expedite hiring.
