HCC to host Criminal Justice Open House
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College’s Department of Criminal Justice will host a Criminal Justice Open House for high school juniors and seniors, college transfer students, parents, adult learners and spouses on Saturday, April 30, 2016. Sessions will include the opportunity to meet current faculty members and representatives from financial aid, student life and support services and current criminal justice students as well as attend a variety of criminal justice-themed presentations and demonstrations.
  • Opportunities for the day include: Learning about flexible options to pursue immediate employment or a four-year degree
  • Learning about HCC’s new Criminal Justice Certificate Program and online courses designed for busy adult learners
  • Participate in the Campus Murder Mystery
  • Take a tour of the campus
  • Hear from criminal justice professionals for insight into career options
