HCC to host "Customer Service/Team Building" |

WELDON, N.C. – On Thursday, January 28, Halifax Community College (HCC) Small Business Center will host, "Customer Service/Team Building", a seminar designed with emphasis on techniques to assist your business or organization in becoming customer focused during each client interaction.
Stephanie Hampton Credle, personal coach, teacher and John Maxwell certified speaker will provide time honored rules of engagement for customer service professionals and managers as well as team building techniques in an ever changing digital world.
