HCC hosts new student orientation sessions for spring 2016
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) held new student orientation sessions on Jan. 5 at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the Dr. Phillip W. Taylor Complex, Room 108. Students had an opportunity to hear from college administration, faculty and staff. Dr. Ervin V. Griffin Sr, President, greeted the students and introduced the faculty and staff.

Students then transitioned to department meetings based on program of study. Meetings were held for the Schools of College Transfer, Business and Education, Health Sciences and Human Services Technology and the Division of Workforce and Economic Development..

Topics addressed during the school meetings included:
