- April 2019 – QEP Topic Reveal event held on April 9, 2019
- June 2019 – QEP Task Force attends NACADA Summer Institute
- August 2019 – QEP topic and draft goals presented at Convocation
- September 2019 – QEP draft goals vetted by the Enrollment, Advising and Retention Committee
- October 2019 – QEP Director and IE/QEP Committee co-chairs discuss possible student learning outcomes
- November 2019 – QEP Task Force met with SACSCOC VP
- December 2019 – IE/QEP Committee provided draft QEP student learning outcomes
- January 2020 – QEP progress-to-date presented at Convocation
- February 2020 – Solicitation for QEP Implementation Team volunteers
- March 2020 – SACSCOC Compliance Certification Due (included 2-4 page summary of QEP)
- August 2020 – Implementation Teams Finalized
- October 2020 – SACSCOC On-site Visit
