Information Systems

The mission of the Information Systems (IS) department is to provide a total source, single point resource for computers and networking support at Halifax Community College This includes: Helpdesk operations, LAN operations to include wired and wireless, Active Directory System Administration, IIPS/Colleague System Administration, Google Apps Administration, Telephone System Administration, NCIH equipment operation/maintenance, PC/Server maintenance and repair, Software License Administration, Webmastering of college website, and Digital Signage Administration.
