Staff: Dana Scott
Dana Scott works as a Learning, Wellness and Success Coach for the P.R.I.D.E. II Male Mentoring Program. Since 2009, she has held two former positions here at Halifax Community College: Administrative Assistant for the Title III & Sponsored Programs office and administrative assistant for the Freedom to Learn program, better known as PReparing men for Intellectual, acaDemic & Educational Success (PRIDE). Ms. Scott graduated from Halifax Community College with an Associate in Applied Science in Networking Technology in 2008. She continued her education at Chowan University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in social science in May 2013. She is currently enrolled at Liberty University where she is pursuing a master’s degree in professional counseling. Ms. Scott also served as advisor to the Amazing Voices of HCC, the first chartered singing organization at the College.
