HCC hosted "Customer Service/Team Building" seminar
 
WELDON, N.C. – On Thursday, Jan. 28, Halifax Community College (HCC) Small Business Center hosted "Customer Service/Team Building," a seminar designed with emphasis on techniques to assist small businesses and organizations in becoming customer service focused during each client interaction.

Stephanie Hampton Credle, PhD, personal coach, teacher and John Maxwell certified speaker, went beyond the time honored rules of engagement for customer service professionals and incorporated concepts such as situational customer service, intentional customer service and the lifecycle of a customer.

Dr. Credle presented the information in an entertaining and effective manner.The seminar was attended by numerous area business professionals and small business owners.
