HCC Certified Nurse Aide graduates pinned on Nov. 27 in Scotland Neck
 
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) honored 10 Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) graduates during a pinning ceremony, Nov. 27 at the Scotland Neck Town Hall Auditorium. This project was a joint effort between HCC, Regeneration Development Group, Area L Area Health Education Center-Turning Point Regional Allied Health Roundtable, the Town of Scotland Neck, Our Community Hospital/ Bryan Long Term Care and Guardian Care of Scotland Neck.

The CNA program prepares individuals to work under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals in performing nursing care and services to patients in a hospital, nursing facility or home care agency.
