Leché joins HCC Institutional Effectiveness
WELDON, N.C. – Dr. Adriane Leché has joined Halifax Community College (HCC) as the dean of institutional effectiveness

Prior to arriving at HCC, Leché served as the director of institutional effectiveness at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Va. She has also served in various capacities with Petersburg City Public Schools, Roanoke City Public Schools, Winston-Salem State University, Delaware State University, Christiansburg High School, Saint Paul’s College, Virginia Tech and Radford University. She has taught courses at Saint Paul’s College, Mary Baldwin College, Bluefield State College and Virginia Tech.

Leché earned a doctorate at Virginia Tech, a master of education degree at the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor of arts degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also earned additional licenses from the Commonwealth of Virginia for elementary, middle and secondary school principal/supervisor and secondary school counselor.
