HCC Continuing Education to offer second class to Hollister Community
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) Continuing Education is working with students in an employability skills class at the Ivory Learning Center in Hollister. The class started in March. Students will receive certificates of completion on May 9.

During the class, students have learned about Microsoft Office programs. They will now have a finished resume that they can use in their job search.

A second class is already being planned for the community. It is slated to begin June 4 at the Ivory Learning Center. Those interested in participating should contact Human Resources Development Coordinator Tiffany Hale at 252-536-6342. There is no cost to attend for those who are unemployed or underemployed.
