HCC Small Business Center to host book publishing class
 
WELDON, N.C. – The Halifax Community College (HCC) Small Business Center (SBC) in partnership with the Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce will host "Book Publishing for Small Businesses 102" on Wednesday, May 13 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the W.C. Jones Library in Littleton, N.C.

During "Book Publishing for Small Business 101," presenter L. Diane Wolfe provided a thorough overview of book publishing setup, production, printing and distribution. Participants also learned how to utilize the Internet as a resource and platform for business promotion and how to tap into the eBook revolution.

Due to the popularity of the seminar, "Book Publishing for Small Businesses 102" has been scheduled for May 13 at the W.C. Jones Library. This informative seminar will focus on all aspects of book publishing with an emphasis on marketing. So, whether your goal is to become an independent author or launch an independent publishing business, this seminar will provide you with valuable information to get you started.
