Presidential Student Forums held at HCC, focus on financial literacy
 
WELDON, N.C. – Halifax Community College (HCC) hosted two Presidential Student Forums on Nov. 4 at noon and 6 p.m. Pizza was served and all students were encouraged to attend. The focus of the forum was financial literacy. The film, "Spent," was shown.

"We want you to see this film because it is about life," said HCC Student Development Advisor/Tutor Terry Alston Jones. She went on to describe some of the assistance that students can access within Student Support Services at the College. "We want you to know your options," Jones added.
